TechBiz Global is looking for a Field Applications Engineer to provide critical technical expertise and solutions aligned with customer requirements. This role supports our sales organization by analyzing technical specifications, recommending product configurations, and guiding implementation planning to ensure successful customer adoption.

What You'll Do

Advise and support sales teams with technical guidance, pricing estimates, and product implementation strategies.
Analyze customer technical specifications and recommend optimal product configurations and installation processes.
Estimate implementation effort, time, and resources required for customer deployments.
Review sales proposals for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
Develop and deliver technical product presentations for customers and internal sales teams.
Provide customer training and technical troubleshooting as needed.
Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure successful product deployment.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in field applications, technical support, sales engineering, or a related function.
Strong technical knowledge of product offerings and their applications.
Ability to analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Proficiency in preparing accurate sales proposals and estimating implementation effort.
Excellent presentation, communication, and customer training skills.
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
Familiarity with product specifications, technical documentation, and installation processes.
Collaborative mindset to work effectively with sales, engineering, and product development teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a customer-facing environment.
