Banorte is seeking a Fiduciary Controllership Manager who will ensure the proper execution, supervision, and compliance of control processes, fiduciary regulations, and AML/CFT protocols for fiduciary businesses. Your work will guarantee risk management, operational integrity, and strict adherence to internal, regulatory, and contractual Group policies.
What You'll Do
- Develop strategies and controls to strengthen fiduciary operations, ensuring legal, tax, operational, and anti-money laundering compliance.
- Apply supervision methodologies, review case files, validate processes, and follow up on operational, regulatory, and compliance findings.
- Establish corrective actions, risk indicators, control mechanisms, and executive reports for Fiduciary Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Audit.
- Supervise the correct integration, updating, and preservation of fiduciary case files.
- Validate the daily operation of trusts, verifying that actions are properly supported by contract and current regulations.
- Track observations from internal, external, and regulatory audits (CNBV, SHCP, UIF, SAT).
- Coordinate interactions with legal, operational, commercial, and compliance areas.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines from the Fiduciary Business Committee and corporate fiduciary governance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Law (completed or with professional license).
- 3+ years of experience in Fiduciary, Litigation, or AML/CFT areas.
- Required knowledge: Regulations governing credit institutions, Trust operations, Judicial processes, and AML/CFT provisions.
- Language proficiency in English.
- No availability for travel.
- No availability for relocation.

This position is onsite in Tlalpan, CDMX.
