About the Role

ServiceNow is hiring a Federal Solution Sales Executive focused on Identity and Security products. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting territory strategy, account planning, and solution wins within the federal sector. You will coach account executives and support customers in envisioning the value of digital transformation.

What You'll Do

  • Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical understanding, account use case targeting, and execution.
  • Provide input to Account Executives during the account planning process based on territory strategy and recommendation.
  • Ensure recommendations to territory strategy and account planning are aligned with Now Value principles.
  • Support customers to envision the value of a digital transformation and support development of strategy by partnering with rest of account team, customer and partners.
  • Interlock with Solution Consultants and Specialist Solution Consultants on Capability Roadmap for feedback and agreement.
  • Coach Account Executives, Account Development Representatives, and ACEs with foundational specialty solution area knowledge to identify opportunities and help manage the sales cycle.
  • Customize the time allocation of responsibilities to the needs of the territory and account team and celebrate successes.
  • Champion diversity and belonging to contribute to an open and inclusive environment.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years knowledge on return on investment of specialty solutions area to lead solution win.
  • Experience as an Account Executive, or in alternative sales/customer service role.
  • Understanding of business sales processes.
  • Travel required: 30-50%.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

Team & Environment

Partners with Account Executives, Account Development Representatives, ACEs, Solution Consultants, and Specialist Solution Consultants.

This role offers a flexible work mode and is based in AMS - North America and Canada.
