What You'll Do
Lead the sales and strategic growth of cybersecurity services within key accounts across North Florida. You'll take ownership of the full sales lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, while aligning internal teams and external partners to meet client objectives. Develop comprehensive, multi-year account plans by collaborating with client executives to understand their business and security priorities.
Conduct regular reviews to assess progress toward goals, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure sustained client satisfaction. Maintain accurate forecasts and build a robust pipeline—targeting at least four times the annual revenue goal. Act as the primary point of contact, coordinating communication between clients, Optiv teams, and technology partners to keep initiatives on track.
Articulate the value of integrated security solutions with clarity and precision, using structured sales methodologies to guide engagements. Strengthen partnerships with technology vendors, generate qualified leads, and leverage cross-functional resources to exceed performance targets.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of sales experience in technology, preferably within cybersecurity or related services
- Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and managing complex, solution-based sales cycles
- Experience building and executing strategic account plans with enterprise clients
- Ability to engage and lead cross-functional teams, including technical and support resources
- Strong executive-level relationship-building skills with demonstrated impact
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Track record of driving results beyond expectations and plan
