Responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end creation, structuring, and delivery of federal proposals and related materials in coordination with the Federal Client Relationship Manager.
- Manages the transition from pursuit to proposal phases by collaborating with the Capture Analyst and Client Relationship Manager.
- Creates and maintains proposal timelines, including color review cycles, while ensuring compliance and coordinating internal and external reviewers.
- Organizes and facilitates meetings throughout the proposal lifecycle according to established schedules.
- Oversees content development, working closely with technical staff and using existing resources from the Federal library.
- Implements artificial intelligence tools to improve efficiency and supervises AI usage within the proposal team.
- Applies specialized marketing knowledge to help shape competitive strategies and identify growth opportunities as part of pursuit teams.
- Tracks changes in the marketing landscape and manages research initiatives to inform strategy.
- Analyzes best practices and internal and external data to design effective marketing and proposal solutions.
- Collaborates across departments to implement marketing strategies that support company-wide objectives.
- Evaluates the impact of marketing efforts and develops methods to measure performance and drive improvement.
- Partners with technical leadership to align client and project pursuit plans with firm targets.
- Designs data-driven approaches to assess and enhance marketing performance.
- Provides advanced strategic insight to strengthen firmwide marketing initiatives and communication of key goals.
