LexisNexis Risk Solutions is looking for a FCC Data Strategy Consultant, Market Planning to deliver subject matter expertise for Watchlist Screening initiatives across our Financial Crimes Compliance division. This role is pivotal in shaping the commercial direction for our Screening business, ensuring an integrated focus on data, software, and operational automation.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for our Screening business.
- Motivate and educate internal sales teams, both Direct and Alliances, on key aspects of FCC transaction monitoring solutions.
- Perform ideation, research, and planning to develop product strategies and roadmaps to meet customer needs.
- Partner with Marketing and Regional Market Planners to expand market presence, heighten brand awareness and trust, and intelligently drive qualified leads to Sales.
- Partner with Professional Services on consultative selling and customer management.
- Develop market segmentation and identify unique needs of each key segment to inform GTM approach for screening solutions.
- Continually develop compelling case studies to highlight the value of our screening solutions, accelerating sales and increasing win rates.
- Meet with select high value clients to ensure they are getting the most value they can from our solutions.
- Provide insight and research on competitive intelligence, market sizing, industry trends, regulatory trends and market drivers to inform strategy.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in data technologies, analytics, and industry best practices. Identify opportunities for innovation.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced knowledge of FinCEN and FFIEC guidance as well as BSA compliance.
- Minimum of five years of experience conducting complex investigations involving various typologies.
- Cross-functional leadership and the ability to work effectively with key partners across a large, global and matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Proficiency at managing complex agendas.

- Base salary plus an annual bonus. Ranges vary by location: Minnesota, Hawaii, Colorado: $113,100 - $188,500 USD; Illinois, Maryland, Washington: $118,700 - $197,900 USD; California, Washington DC: $130,100 - $216,800 USD; New York, New Jersey: $124,500 - $207,400 USD.
