Capgemini is looking for a Senior DevOps Architect to enhance and integrate DevOps practices into development and operational processes. You will work collaboratively with software development, quality assurance, and IT operations teams to ensure high-quality software delivery within our dynamic and inclusive global group.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automation of build, test, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve existing DevOps practices and workflows.
- Deploy and manage container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis activities.
- Establish best practices for DevOps processes, security, and compliance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of experience in a DevOps role.
- 3+ years of experience in Application Development.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.
- Advanced development skills in Java or Python.
- Advanced usage and administration of Kubernetes.
- Advanced CI/CD development experience.
- Intermediate AI experience.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
