We count on you for:
- Performs basic impact analysis for business and system changes/enhancements.
- Develops fundamental business requirements by analyzing current and future states.
- Conducts application testing, including test case creation, execution, and defect management.
- Acts as a liaison between business units and the IT team.
- Uses knowledge of customer goals, processes, and products to provide sound recommendations.
- Supports tasks or subprojects affecting one or multiple business and IT departments.
- Conducts quality reviews on project deliverables.
- Helps prioritize work requests.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or correlate areas
- Experience with Functional testing of web-based application
- Experience within finance, product, sales, service and/or systems required
- Focus on UAT (User Acceptance Testing), validating the system against business needs
- Experience with Rally for tracking tests and KPIs
- Fluent in English
