Responsibilities
- Coordinate project teams within track engineering (possibly also earthworks and drainage)
- Participate in project follow-up meetings with clients and contractors
- Coordinate interfaces with drainage, bridges, structures, power supply, and other disciplines
- Ensure quality assurance and change management processes
- Ensure project deliverables are met according to schedule, quality, and budget
- Balance technical tasks with leadership responsibilities including progress tracking on technical, quality, and economic aspects
- Work closely with project design leads and project managers
- Maintain close customer contact with both clients and contractors
Requirements
- Solid experience from a similar position working with railway projects
- Professional experience in track engineering, and possibly earthworks or drainage
- Knowledge of risk management
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Structured approach and ability to quickly gain overview
- Ability to manage technical responsibilities and leadership tasks simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Background as engineer or civil engineer (but other educational backgrounds may be considered)
- Experience in interdisciplinary coordination between different technical disciplines

Team size: 20. Structure: Tightly-knit team of over 20 colleagues focused on track and civil engineering for rail projects

- Position involves close customer contact
- Projects include major Danish infrastructure such as new railway over Vestfyn, KURI, Metro, and Femern
- Work may involve coordination with both clients (bygherrer) and contractors (entreprenører)
- Projects can be under total consultancy or client consultancy models
- Opportunities for involvement in smaller projects during periods
