Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a Facility Executive - Soft (Technical) to be the go-to expert on engineering matters, upholding excellence in preventive maintenance and conservation practices. You will ensure the quality and timeliness of M&E projects and provide comprehensive facility, contract, and procurement management for technical services.

What You'll Do

• Uphold excellence and high standards in preventive maintenance programs and conservation practices.
• Monitor M&E projects for quality and ensure their timely delivery.
• Deliver complete and accurate facility management reports consistently.
• Provide comprehensive facility, contract, and procurement management for technical services.
• Contribute to hitting financial targets and other goals set by the senior facilities manager.
• Achieve key performance indicators and meet service level agreements.
• Manage on-site mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations and civil maintenance.
• Prepare the list of critical spares for all installations based on manufacturers’ recommendations.
• Plan the maintenance inventory being carried out with in-house teams.
• Monitor for and prevent machine failures of critical equipment.
• Maintain a pre-emptive maintenance program to prevent sudden breakdowns.
• Ensure logbooks, checklists, and schedules are kept up to date.
• Arrange ad-hoc M&E set ups based on client requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or degree in engineering, ideally electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Three to seven years of experience in facilities management.

Team & Environment

You will be part of Account Management – Work Dynamics (West, India), reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager / Chief Engineer.
