DaVita is seeking a Facility Administrator who is a Registered Nurse to manage the complete operation and performance of an outpatient dialysis clinic. As the front-line leader, you will directly impact patient care, overseeing a clinical team and financial results to ensure the health and well-being of our patients.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with patients and improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team.
- Manage the complete operation and performance of the clinic, including adhering to budget, forecasting expenses, managing vendor relationships, ordering supplies, and monitoring compliance.
- Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns to drive towards regional goals and standards.
- Work with clinical and financial teams daily to produce results that align to business needs.
What We're Looking For
- Associate's degree.
- Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at discretion of DVP and/or ROD.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by the state of employment.
- Current CPR certification (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position).
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in a related area.

You will lead a cross-functional clinical team (size dependent on state laws). You will report to and partner with a Regional Operations Director and be supported by regional peers and the greater company.
