DACHSER SE, a sustainable, family-run logistics company, is looking for an Export Specialist to join the team in Birsfelden. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate handling of international shipping orders and the creation of export customs documents, directly supporting our system line services.
What You'll Do
- Take over and check electronically transmitted internal and external orders.
- Record international orders.
- Dispatch and process consolidated goods for the system line services.
- Create and check export customs documents EUR 1, T1, and WA.
- Accept and process customer inquiries.
What We're Looking For
- A completed commercial apprenticeship in international freight forwarding or several years of professional experience in a comparable role.
- Knowledge of the processes in export customs clearance.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Resilience, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the field of groupage traffic.
- English or French language skills.
