SHISEIDO is looking for an Export Merchandising Project Manager Assistant for an apprenticeship (Alternance). This role is part of the Export Department and focuses on maintaining brand image consistency across points of sale for a portfolio of 8 brands distributed in 70 EMEA markets. You will collaborate with various international stakeholders to bring our brands to life.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and validate animations per launch for all brands.
- Develop books and create guidelines.
- Create planograms.
- Assist on permanent merchandising projects (architecture).
- Help with reporting presentations and analyses.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Bac+4/+5) from a business school.
- Recognized for organization, rigor, reactivity, and autonomy.
- Fluent in English (written & oral).
- Comfortable in an international environment.
- Very proficient with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel).
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in cosmetics and project management.

Team & Environment
Part of the Export Department, collaborating with Marketing teams, sales teams, local markets, designers, and architects. The team environment is positive and focused on communication and relationship-building.
Work Mode
