HENSOLDT is looking for an Export Control Working Student to support our dedicated team in ensuring compliance with all relevant export control laws and regulations. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders at our site in Ulm or Taufkirchen.
What You'll Do
- Support the organization, planning, and execution of internal projects within the export control department, such as process optimizations and standardization.
- Contribute to the analysis, documentation, and further development of export control processes in line with national and international regulations.
- Maintain and create project documents, including status reports, action items, schedules, and decision templates.
- Track project progress, milestones, and open actions in close coordination with project managers.
- Coordinate and prepare meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions within the export control department and with key internal stakeholders.
- Support the department with general administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled student in business administration, law, logistics management, process management, or a comparable field.
- Interest in foreign trade affairs and process design.
- Very good command of the MS Office suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Strong team player with a flexible approach to work.
