Sanofi/Genzyme Corporation is hiring an Expert Scientific Writer to lead the end-to-end development of complex scientific and medical education content. You will ensure compliance and quality, maintain therapeutic area expertise, and foster collaboration with key stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical and scientific community to deliver educational content.
- Interact effectively with healthcare professionals on publication content.
- Mentor and support both senior and junior writers by sharing expertise.
- Deliver high-quality publication and medical education materials within agreed timelines and standards.
- Provide strategic support and collaborate with individuals and institutions serving as resources for publications.
- Develop complex publication and medical education content with high scientific and compliance standards.
- Act as subject matter expert in medical communication for assigned therapeutic areas.
- Conduct publication-need analysis and implement annual publication plans for the region.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and compliant delivery of assigned projects.
- Work closely with regional scientific communication teams to identify needs and develop deliverables.
- Liaise with the medical department to prepare relevant and customized materials.
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in content creation for the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, or academia.
- Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, a similar discipline, or a medical degree.
- Advanced English level and Spanish proficiency, both spoken and written.
