PG&E is looking for an Expert Data Analyst to join our Information & Records Governance (IRG) organization. In this role, you will report to the Supervisor, Electronic Content and Disposition, and will be responsible for managing complex data and analytics projects from initial request through to the presentation of results.
What You'll Do
- Manage information governance data and analytics projects from initial request to presentation of data results.
- Develop complex data extracts, dashboards, and tracking tools using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate with extreme accuracy.
- Design, build, and deploy large-scale Power Platform solutions for enterprise audiences.
- Perform analysis on the most complex data models that have cross-functional impact.
- Develop comprehensive reports and communicate clear, concise, and actionable data analysis.
- Provide new and innovative solutions to enhance databases and Power Platform applications.
- Act as a team lead, coach, or mentor to develop less experienced employees.
- Manage and lead projects regarding mobile technology, databases, dashboards, metrics, and data sets.
- Perform SharePoint site management including updates to pages and content.
- Develop and manage reporting dashboards using Power BI.
- Develop and implement project planning, status reporting, and scheduling for small to large projects.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of the Information & Records Governance Framework.
- Establish and maintain cross-functional working relationships throughout PG&E to provide guidance on records issues.
- Develop and deliver presentations, training, and other educational materials using various communication methods.
What We're Looking For
- A strong understanding of and experience with data analysis concepts and techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of PowerBI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation for this role in the Bay Area ranges from a minimum of $126,000 to a midpoint of $163,000 and a maximum of $200,000.

This is a hybrid position based in Oakland.
