Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex water and wastewater treatment projects across ANZ
- Develop and implement innovative process engineering solutions, with a focus on advanced technologies and sustainable outcomes
- Provide technical leadership, solving complex challenges and guiding best-practice design approaches
- Build strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored, high-value solutions
- Support business growth by contributing to proposals, winning work, and expanding our project portfolio
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, building team capability and fostering a culture of learning and innovation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Process Engineer in water and wastewater treatment
- Demonstrated ability to lead the delivery of complex water and wastewater treatment projects
- Strong technical leadership skills in process engineering
- Experience in developing and implementing innovative process engineering solutions
- Ability to solve complex engineering challenges and guide best-practice design approaches
- Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Proven track record in contributing to proposals and winning new work
- Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers
