Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex water and wastewater treatment projects across ANZ
• Develop and implement innovative process engineering solutions, with a focus on advanced technologies and sustainable outcomes
• Provide technical leadership, solving complex challenges and guiding best-practice design approaches
• Build strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored, high-value solutions
• Support business growth by contributing to proposals, winning work, and expanding our project portfolio
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, building team capability and fostering a culture of learning and innovation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Process Engineer in water and wastewater treatment
• Demonstrated ability to lead the delivery of complex water and wastewater treatment projects
• Strong technical leadership skills in process engineering
• Experience in developing and implementing innovative process engineering solutions
• Ability to solve complex engineering challenges and guide best-practice design approaches
• Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Proven track record in contributing to proposals and winning new work
• Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers
