About the Role
Senior EdTech Implementation Consultant responsible for leading successful technology implementations in higher education across LATAM, serving as a bridge between client needs and technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation projects for student information, learning management, and customer relationship systems in higher education.
- Facilitate virtual requirement-gathering sessions and map institutional business processes.
- Configure platforms and support data migration, integrations, and system customizations.
- Deliver training to academic and administrative staff, including registrars, admissions, and faculty teams.
- Develop project plans, process documentation, and instructional materials.
- Support system testing, issue resolution, and readiness for go-live transitions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to ensure client satisfaction and long-term implementation success.
- Collaborate with colleagues across LATAM regions on shared implementation goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience implementing or supporting SIS, LMS, or CRM systems in higher education.
- Demonstrated experience with SIS platforms such as Banner, Anthology, Workday Student, Jenzabar, Thesis, or PowerCampus.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms including Canvas, D2L, Blackboard, or Moodle.
- Proven use of CRM systems such as Salesforce, Slate, Dynamics 365, or Element451.
- Solid understanding of academic operations including enrollment, grading, admissions, and financial aid processes.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Microsoft Teams.
- Fluency in English at C1 level or higher.
- Native or fluent Spanish language skills.
- Ability to work effectively in remote, multicultural teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and client communication abilities.
- Skill in translating institutional requirements into functional technical solutions.
- Excellent documentation, presentation, and organizational capabilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure such as Azure or AWS.
- Familiarity with API integrations and data synchronization methods.
- Background supporting U.S. higher education institutions or EdTech clients.
- Hold a PMP, Scrum, or similar project management certification.
