Responsibilities
- Directs and coordinates all aspects of the center’s overall program
- Oversees Program Services, Nursing Services, Administrative Department, Human Resources, Social Services, and Therapeutic Recreation
- Ensures compliance with established policies and procedures
- Ensures timely completion of reporting requirements
- Maintains Quality Improvement activities
- Ensures compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations
- Supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy
- Supports networking with existing potential referral sources
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, RN, or a field related to mental health
- Minimum of five years in a clinical setting
- At least one year of experience in a mental health setting
- Two or more years in a supervisory capacity
- Regulatory experience
- Knowledge of CARF standards and crisis stabilization criteria
- Experience working with healthcare and mental health regulatory agencies
