Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates all aspects of the center’s overall program
• Oversees Program Services, Nursing Services, Administrative Department, Human Resources, Social Services, and Therapeutic Recreation
• Ensures compliance with established policies and procedures
• Ensures timely completion of reporting requirements
• Maintains Quality Improvement activities
• Ensures compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations
• Supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy
• Supports networking with existing potential referral sources

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, RN, or a field related to mental health
• Minimum of five years in a clinical setting
• At least one year of experience in a mental health setting
• Two or more years in a supervisory capacity
• Regulatory experience
• Knowledge of CARF standards and crisis stabilization criteria
• Experience working with healthcare and mental health regulatory agencies
