PALFINGER is looking for an Experienced Project Manager to manage the international rollout of our CPQ solution. You'll coordinate all rollout activities across the sales network, collaborating closely with the Product Owner and regional organizations to ensure full enablement.
What You'll Do
- Manage the international CPQ rollout across product lines, regions, and distributors
- Support distributors in integrating the system into their processes and deploying it to their sales partners
- Ensure CPQ features are available throughout the entire sales structure
- Plan and conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars for internal and external users
- Maintain ongoing communication to gather feedback and collaborate with the Product Owner for tool improvement
- Develop rollout plans, coordinate schedules and resources, and monitor progress with updates to management
What We're Looking For
- Completed technical or commercial education plus relevant professional experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of sales processes and a high level of customer orientation
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
- Excellent English and German communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel up to 30% and intercultural competence
