Responsibilities

- Stay updated on the latest industry trends to continuously refine our recruitment practices.
- Provide regular insights and updates to the management team on recruitment activities and progress.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter with a successful track record in identifying and placing candidates across multiple industries.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools, adaptable to different hiring scenarios.
- Proficient organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Fluency in English is essential.
