Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for an Experienced Freelance Recruiter based in Melbourne to join our innovative team. In this remote position, you will enhance our recruitment strategies and deliver exceptional candidates to our clients.
What You'll Do
- Identify, source, and engage high-quality candidates for a variety of roles.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from crafting job descriptions to negotiating offers.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends to continuously refine recruitment practices.
- Provide regular insights and updates to the management team on recruitment activities.
