CHS Inc. is looking for an Experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Internal Audit team. In this role, you will enhance our audit capabilities by providing data-driven insights, building efficient tools, and collaborating across business and IT teams.
What You'll Do
- Build real-time performance dashboards using central data for a variety of internal audits.
- Contribute to our Center of Excellence, using data analytics, automation, and generative AI to achieve consistent, high-quality audit insights.
- Extract SAP configuration data to support annual IT controls testing.
- Partner with audit project teams, obtain data extracts, and perform analysis based on agreed scope.
- Collaborate with IT data engineering teams on development standards, cross-functional projects, and knowledge sharing.
- Develop repeatable tests for various audits, such as fraud tests for AP data.
- Maintain and enhance tools to track audit findings, actions, progress, and completion.
- Support audit quality assurance and standardization efforts.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with data analysis and/or visualization tools.
- Proven ability to communicate analytical concepts and audit findings effectively to business stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Prior work experience within an Audit function.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: Power BI, Tableau, SQL, ACL, IDEA, UI Path, or other RPA tools.
- Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to support analytics or efficiency.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, v-lookup, pivot tables, macros).
- Direct experience creating executive-level dashboards, analytics, and reports.
- Direct work experience with SAP or JDE 9.0 in a data management or related role.
- Ability to interpret technical accounting or financial information.
