WPP Media is hiring an Executive, Social Media Content & Influencer management

WPP Media is seeking an Executive for Social Media Content & Influencer Management to join the GOAT Malaysia team. In this role, you will be the primary liaison for assigned clients, ensuring campaign consistency across social platforms while developing expertise in content strategy and key account management.

What You'll Do

• Lead, manage, and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external clients across GOAT and WPP Media.
• Assist the Account Lead, provide strategic input to clients and internal teams, and keep clients engaged.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and campaigns, including timeline, budget, and team coordination, community management, content management, and reporting.
• Understand client needs through daily close liaison.
• Work closely with Content and Insights & Analytics teams to build meaningful and relevant content.
• Use social tools effectively to generate insightful reports and social audits.
• Analyze, strategize, ideate, and execute social media plans.
• Handle administrative work such as quotations, registration forms, and financial follow-ups.

What We're Looking For

• A natural passion for working with people, as daily work involves multiple stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of primary social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X) and emerging technologies.
• A natural curiosity and penchant for exploring social media platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Driven, self-motivated, independent, dependable, and passionate.
• Willingness to work beyond normal hours when required for client requests or crises.
• Excellent proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Nice to Have

• At least 1-2 years experience in a social media agency or creative agency.

Reports to Content Planning - Lead.
