Remote Recruitment seeks an Executive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide dedicated, high-level administrative support for our executives. This role is essential for a fast-paced environment, requiring you to anticipate needs and manage complex logistics with professionalism and discretion.
What You'll Do
- Manage complex calendars by scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and correspondence that accurately reflect the executive's tone.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
- Coordinate high-level meetings, manage agendas, and facilitate follow-up action items.
- Organize travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Assist in managing projects and tasks for the executive team to ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain sensitive files and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and secure handling.
- Provide support for personal tasks and errands as required.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting high-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage competing priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently in a remote work environment.
- Must have access to a reliable laptop and a strong internet connection.
