Hunt St is looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO within a dynamic Logistics & Supply Chain setting. This role extends beyond administrative tasks, requiring initiative, confidentiality, and the ability to manage complex priorities independently.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Act as a central point of coordination between the CEO, internal teams, suppliers, and clients
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Track key projects, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution across departments
- Manage confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Support operational and strategic initiatives by organizing workflows and improving processes
- Handle documentation, contracts, and general business administration tasks
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively address issues before they arise

Compensation is $1,200 AUD - $1,400 AUD per month.
Work Mode
This role is fully remote, based in the Philippines. While you have flexibility in managing your time as a contractor, you are expected to align with AU business hours (approximately 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration.
