Hyperon is looking for an Executive Partner to the Founder/CEO to serve as a trusted partner and key operational driver. In this role, you will be the backbone of operations, combining the precision of a Business Analyst with the agility of an Operations Manager to ensure the founder's vision is executed flawlessly. You will gain significant exposure to the U.S. business landscape and global operations, acting as a gateway to professional growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate seamless travel arrangements aligned with meeting schedules.
- Set agendas, capture key discussion points, and drive follow-ups for meetings.
- Conduct thorough research and distill findings into actionable reports.
- Handle financial tasks including tracking expenses, budgeting, invoicing, and reimbursements.
- Oversee project statuses and present updates through visual dashboards.
- Draft company policies, standard operating procedures, and professional correspondence.
- Develop and track team KPIs.
- Assist with HR operations, from onboarding to payroll management.
- Manage information flow to ensure the executive has the right data.
- Plan and execute events, covering budgeting to social media strategy.
- Drive growth by managing company and personal social media profiles and creating content.
- Provide support across sales, business development, talent acquisition, and marketing.
