What You’ll Do
- Lead a portfolio of high-impact client relationships, delivering customized advisory services aligned with each organization’s strategic goals.
- Diagnose business challenges and leverage research-backed insights to design tailored action plans that address mission-critical priorities.
- Facilitate executive workshops, roundtables, and on-site briefings, as well as represent the firm at local advisory events.
- Collaborate closely with sales and internal teams to ensure client success, engagement, and long-term partnership continuity.
- Apply deep knowledge of technology trends—including AI, cloud, blockchain, and big data—to guide decision-making at the highest levels.
What We’re Looking For
- 20+ years of experience in technology leadership, consulting, or CIO-level roles with exposure to digital transformation, IT strategy, and enterprise innovation.
- Fluency in both English and Traditional Chinese, with strong presentation and facilitation skills for board-level audiences.
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives, manage ambiguity, and deliver results in dynamic environments.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to client success.
- Strategic thinker with commercial awareness, critical reasoning, and a drive to continuously learn and improve.
