About this role: Serve as a mentor, content expert, and strategic business advisor for client members. Demonstrate proficiency in coaching CTO/Infrastructure & Operations leaders while engaging across the entire member lifecycle: service initiation, delivery, and renewal, focusing on global organizations with substantial complexity and scale. You will manage a portfolio of 25-30 clients, predominantly Infrastructure & Operations leaders reporting to CIOs from global Fortune 500 organizations. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver value through comprehensive briefings, hybrid workshop formats, roundtables, webinars, and strategic event participation - Leverage extensive professional experience and Gartner resources to coach clients on critical current and future initiatives within the I&O domain - Collaborate extensively with internal Gartner teams including Sales, Analysts, Client Managers, and cross-domain peers - Maintain high-level executive presence while building client trust and demonstrating consistent value - Drive member retention and contribute to regional growth through sales support, account planning, and value demonstration activities - Execute responsibilities predominantly from a home-based environment as an independent contributor managing personal administrative tasks Required Qualifications: - 15+ years of c-level/senior IT executive experience leading Infrastructure & Operations in Fortune 500 organizations - Demonstrated consulting and executive-level coaching capabilities - Specific expertise in: * AI: Experience creating and scaling AI implementations like Machine Learning, Chatbots, predictive analytics * Automation: Leadership in implementing Robotic Process Automation, service catalogs, self-healing infrastructure * Product-oriented I&O: Expertise developing service-driven, self-service IT solutions - Minimum bachelor's degree required Compensation Package: - Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits - Generous paid time off - Charity matching program - Comprehensive medical, dental, vision plans - Parental leave - Employee Assistance Program - 401K retirement plan Organizational Values: Gartner guides global leaders through expert analysis and innovative insights.
