Cart.com is hiring an Executive Operations Manager for Shop Houzz to serve as a critical partner to the CEO. You will translate strategic vision into measurable outcomes, drive accountability across departments, and ensure operational excellence as the organization grows.
What You'll Do
- Translate CEO priorities into clear, actionable project plans and maintain a live tracker to monitor progress.
- Drive accountability by following up on deliverables and escalating risks or blockers as needed.
- Lead weekly leadership syncs to ensure cross-departmental alignment and momentum.
- Communicate key decisions from executive meetings and facilitate smooth handoffs between teams.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements through refined SOPs and KPI tracking.
- Align the CEO’s calendar with strategic goals and prepare agendas and briefing materials for key meetings.
- Manage special projects, including confidential initiatives and vendor relationships, from concept to execution.
- Draft internal communications and flash reports that keep teams informed and aligned with executive priorities.

- Experienced operations professional with a strong track record of supporting executive leadership and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate high-level vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Skilled communicator who can confidently engage with senior stakeholders and department heads.
- Adept at identifying risks, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability across teams.
- Proficient in project management tools such as ClickUp.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving and execution.
- Successfully partnered with C-suite executives to set and manage strategic priorities across departments.
- Led cross-functional initiatives that improved operational efficiency and team alignment.
- Developed and maintained reporting frameworks to track progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Facilitated regular executive updates and ensured timely delivery of strategic goals.
- Implemented scalable processes to support organizational growth and performance.
- Collaborated with department leads to ensure consistent execution of company-wide initiatives.
