Wall Street Quants is seeking an Executive Operations Assistant to the Founder. This is a critical role supporting the founder of our online education company, combining operational excellence with strategic thinking. You will be responsible for research, managing complex financial and administrative processes, and implementing improvements that drive business growth.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive research on vendors, competitors, market opportunities, and operational solutions, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
- Manage all billing processes, payment reconciliations, dispute resolutions, and chargeback handling across multiple payment platforms.
- Handle tax filings, regulatory compliance, and licensing requirements across jurisdictions, maintaining meticulous records.
- Regularly audit operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
- Research, evaluate, and manage relationships with international vendors and service providers.
- Transform and maintain Google Drive, documentation systems, and operational workflows.
- Monitor student success metrics, payment issues, and platform performance.
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional research skills with the ability to navigate complex information and present clear findings.
- Experience with billing systems, payment processing, and financial reconciliation.
- Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail in auditing and documentation.
- Proven ability to work independently across multiple time zones.
- Advanced English proficiency for both written and verbal communication.
- Experience managing operations remotely with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
Nice to Have
- Background in EdTech, online courses, or digital education platforms.
- Experience with international payment systems such as Stripe, PayPal, or Wise.
- Knowledge of dispute resolution and chargeback processes.
- Familiarity with US, UK, or EU compliance and tax requirements.
- Experience with customer support and billing inquiries.
- LMS platform experience with Teachable, Thinkific, or Kajabi.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Founder. This role involves significant autonomy and responsibility in a remote, global context.
Benefits & Compensation
- Annual compensation range: $18,000–$29,000 USD.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in the world.
