Otis was looking for an Executive MOD Sales

Shape the future of urban mobility by leading sales initiatives for elevator modernization and repair services. In this role, you'll manage an established portfolio of units, deepen relationships with existing clients, and identify opportunities to expand service contracts and upgrades. Your focus will be on delivering value-driven solutions that align with customer needs and long-term operational goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee a portfolio of elevator units, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction among current customers
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, coordinating timely responses and resolutions
  • Identify and pursue modernization and repair opportunities through tenders, networking, and strategic outreach
  • Create and execute a personalized sales plan to meet revenue targets while maintaining profitability
  • Use dedicated sales tools to track leads, forecast outcomes, and manage the sales pipeline effectively
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure prompt payment collection
  • Work closely with field teams and other sales professionals to align technical capabilities with customer expectations

What We’re Looking For

  • A business or technical degree, or formal training as a technician or business administrator
  • Prior experience selling consultative technical products or services
  • Strong customer focus with proven interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Self-driven with a track record of meeting goals in complex environments
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain performance in a structured corporate setting
