Position Overview
We are searching for a meticulous and proactive Executive Marketing & Research Associate to support leadership across research, content development, customer relationship management, and market intelligence initiatives. This role integrates administrative responsibilities, market analysis, content generation, and minimal design work—perfectly suited for an adaptable, detail-conscious professional capable of producing sophisticated, polished materials.
The optimal candidate possesses robust research capabilities, superior communication skills, and comprehensive understanding of marketing or business-to-business sales principles. Experience in healthcare, consulting, or self-funded benefits sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Research Support
Manage industry organization directories, conduct prospect investigation, and track pivotal decision-makers. Monitor professional publications and regulatory developments, provide weekly summaries, and support event research and coordination. Maintain precise customer relationship management records ensuring data accuracy and current reporting.
Content Creation & Marketing Support
Draft thought-leadership social media content to elevate company positioning and industry presence. Conduct research, develop outlines, and compose educational blog articles. Create email communication sequences for client education and retention. Design visual materials including infographics, comparative charts, and brand-consistent graphics. Develop professional presentation templates for meetings, webinars, and speaking engagements.
Graphic Design & Brand Support
Design marketing collateral including brochures, single-page documents, and sales materials for client interactions. Generate website graphics, provide content updates, and develop conference event materials such as booth graphics and promotional items. Construct client report templates for analytical summaries and market reports. Produce video graphics including thumbnails and simple overlays.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
Monitor market transformations, tracking competitor updates, service expansions, and positioning strategies. Conduct comprehensive competitor research analyzing messaging, offerings, and market approaches. Collect and summarize industry compensation trends, translate regulatory modifications into clear internal summaries, and document case studies by interviewing key stakeholders to showcase organizational achievements.
