Horizon Recovery is hiring an Executive Assistant to act as the trusted ‘Right Hand’ to the VP of Operations, with occasional support for other executive team members. You will perform high-level administrative work, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
What You'll Do
- Perform high-level administrative tasks, including managing confidential documents, preparing reports, and handling sensitive communications.
- Maintain and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with precision.
- Organize and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense tracking.
- Handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Take ownership of assignments with minimal direction, showing initiative and resourcefulness.
- Exercise sound judgment to determine when to act independently and when to seek input.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Proactive mindset: self-starter who anticipates needs and takes initiative.
- Confident and composed professional demeanor, with the ability to be assertive and persistent when necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Positive, collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
- Trusted to handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
