Pearl Talent is hiring an Executive Assistant (Travel Specialist) to provide strategic, high-trust support to the CEO of a fast-growing consumer tech company. This role is for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, thinks five steps ahead, and handles complex tasks with both professionalism and heart.
What You'll Do
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, travel logistics, and day-to-day priorities with precision and discretion.
- Track and drive forward key internal initiatives by coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and timelines across departments.
- Draft and manage internal memos, executive updates, and board-facing materials with clarity and a high degree of polish.
- Organize key documents, meeting notes, and strategic plans to ensure quick access and alignment.
- Serve as a trusted filter for incoming requests, protecting the CEO’s time and focusing on what matters most.
- Act as a liaison with investors, clients, and internal stakeholders with grace and professionalism.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 6 years of post-college work experience.
- At least 2 years as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO or executive team member at a tech startup or VC firm.
- Incredibly proactive, with the ability to take initiative and operate autonomously to solve problems.
- Excellent EQ, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and empathy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.
- High level of drive as a self-starter.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Strong scheduling and coordination skills, adaptable and flexible with last-minute changes.
- Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure in a quickly changing environment.
- A positive, optimistic approach to work and life.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High degree of proficiency with productivity processes & tools.
