X UP Brands is looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support within our fast-growing e-commerce startup. You'll act as the CEO's strategic right hand, managing a wide range of tasks that allow the founder to focus on scaling multiple successful brands.
What You'll Do
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and prioritize meetings across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate with remote teams to ensure follow-ups and track progress on key initiatives.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items.
- Assist with hiring tasks, onboarding, and internal team communications.
- Handle occasional personal tasks that support executive efficiency.
- Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
What We're Looking For
- Based in or near Rochester, Michigan and open to a hybrid schedule.
- Prior experience supporting a founder, executive, or leadership team.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to change.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in writing.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to take ownership without needing constant direction.
