Miratech was looking for an Executive Assistant to CEO

This role provides comprehensive executive support to the CEO of a leading global IT services and consulting organization. You will act as a key liaison across internal and external stakeholders, managing communication flows, tracking critical follow-ups, and ensuring timely resolution of matters requiring executive attention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate intricate scheduling and international travel arrangements, including private and commercial flights, accommodations, visa processing, and last-minute changes with precision and confidentiality.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively address potential challenges using structured problem-solving and sound judgment.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact, representing the executive with professionalism across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Collaborate effectively with other administrative professionals in a distributed, multi-time-zone environment, ensuring alignment and continuity.
  • Manage both business and personal tasks with equal diligence, adapting to evolving priorities and increasing responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

Candidates must bring over eight years of experience in high-level administrative or chief of staff roles, ideally supporting C-suite leaders, founders, or in demanding family office settings. A proven ability to work autonomously, coupled with exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities, is essential. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered an asset. You must demonstrate discretion, reliability, and a track record of independent initiative. A university degree earned with distinction is expected.
