Anavah Talent is looking for an Executive Assistant fluent in Spanish and English to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and communication support. This Mission Support Administrator role enables the leadership team's work in church multiplication as a full-time, independent contractor.
What You'll Do
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel for leadership.
- Handle expenses, reimbursements, and monthly financial tracking.
- Attend key meetings, take notes, and assign action items.
- Assist with donor coordination and development tasks.
- Maintain partner communications and impact reporting.
- Help run email campaigns, newsletters, and weekly updates.
- Translate and maintain resources in Spanish.
- Coordinate podcasts and digital content.
- Build and maintain automated workflows to streamline operations.
What We're Looking For
- A committed and growing relationship with Jesus Christ; active in a local church.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Native Spanish proficiency and excellent written English.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organized, and results-oriented.
- Self-starter with an “owner” mindset.
- Tech-savvy: proficient with Google Workspace, WordPress, and AI workflow tools.
- Process-oriented with the ability to design and improve workflows.
- Professional, warm interpersonal skills.
