Patrique Mercier Recruitment by Nellie is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service professional to provide exceptional support to clients within the Insurance Industry. This fully remote position is based in Greece and focuses on delivering high-quality service through various communication channels.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, assisting them with inquiries related to insurance products and services.
- Guide customers through the claims process, policy details, and coverage options.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s insurance offerings to provide accurate guidance.
- Document all customer interactions accurately to contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient processing of claims and policy changes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed advice to clients.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
