Niva Health is hiring a remote Executive Assistant to provide essential support to our HR and Executive Team. In this role, you will act as a vital link between leadership, employees, clients, and partners, bringing order and precision to interactions and workflows to enhance overall productivity.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Manage information flow effectively and accurately while overseeing calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for team members.
- Prepare and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Format and draft internal and external communication materials, including memos, emails, and presentations.
- Record and maintain minutes during meetings.
- Screen phone calls and manage correspondence.
- Handle purchasing and facilitate delivery of equipment to new and existing team members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar support role.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office applications.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- A commitment to exercising superior discretion and confidentiality.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting a leadership team or working in a similar fast-paced environment.
- Background in HR administration.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $1,300 per month.
