About the Role

Solventum is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to SVP and VP leaders within our Transition Management Office (TMO). In this role, you'll enable the team's success by managing logistics, communications, and key projects.

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-level administrative support, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Create, edit, and organize documents and presentations for the TMO leaders and team.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
  • Serve as a liaison between the leaders, team members, and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a smooth working environment.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and two years of combined experience in an administrative, secretarial, or clerical role.
  • Or a High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of six years of combined experience in an administrative, secretarial, or clerical role.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice to Have

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
