Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the EA team to ensure high-quality execution across all departments.
- Handle various types of admin tasks such as processing invoices and expenses
- Help maintain accurate contact lists, organizational charts, and internal databases.
- Support the EAs in ensuring addresses, commute times, and dial-in details are accurately reflected in team and leader calendars.
- Provide "boots on the ground" support for summits and team-building activities.
- Assist in scouting venues, transportation options, and accommodations that align with cost-efficiency and high standards.
- Help prepare concise one-pager summaries and "know before you go" guides for traveling executives.
- Assist with setup during department events.
- Act as a helpful and professional point of contact for the team’s direct reports.
- Assist in the basic formatting and preparation of presentations and internal documents.
- Support quarterly or half-year projects by helping the EA team track objectives and milestones.
- As you grow in the role, you will eventually provide direct support to C-level executives or Regional General Managers (RGMs) with agenda management and specific ad-hoc requirements.
