QuickTeam is looking for an Executive Assistant with a required financial background to support our leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for financial document handling, report creation, and providing high-level administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, review, and organize financial documents including cash flow statements, P&L, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Build, clean, and structure financial reports for sharing with banks and external partners.
- Analyze and decipher financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Consolidate and roll up financial data into clear, well-presented documents.
- Provide executive-level administrative support as needed.
- Maintain accurate digital filing systems for financial and operational documents.
- Assist with QuickBooks tasks if experienced.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a finance-related support role.
- Strong financial understanding (cash flow, P&L, balance sheets, income statements).
- Advanced Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, data organization).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to commit to a long-term role.
Nice to Have
- Experience preparing financial documents for bank submission is a strong advantage.
- QuickBooks experience preferred.
