Administer accounts payable and receivable, banking reconciliations, and expenditure monitoring. Execute payroll calculations with accuracy and discretion. Develop and arrange financial summaries, documentation, and comprehensive reporting. Deliver executive-caliber administrative assistance, including schedule coordination, communication management, and meeting logistics. Assist leadership through specialized initiatives, analytical reporting, and procedural enhancements. Embody NeoWork's principles of professionalism, ethical conduct, and exceptional performance throughout responsibilities. Requirements Demonstrated background as an Executive Assistant, Bookkeeper, or in an integrated professional role. Superior proficiency in QuickBooks Online (mandatory qualification). Robust expertise in payroll administration and fundamental accounting methodologies. Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and strategic problem-resolution capabilities. Capacity to autonomously prioritize multifaceted responsibilities while maintaining absolute confidentiality.
