About the Role

Athleta, a brand of Gap Inc., is hiring an Executive Assistant who will report directly to the Brand President. In this role, you will enhance the President's productivity by managing a wide range of administrative tasks and building strong partnerships across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Brand President, including managing an active calendar, completing expense reports, and arranging complex travel plans.
  • Successfully prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters proactively, and facilitate the Brand President’s ability to lead effectively.
  • Complete deliverables and tasks with minimal supervision, including composing confidential correspondence, collecting and analyzing information, and preparing presentations.
  • Work on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative, determining methods and procedures on new assignments.
  • Handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently with tight deadlines.
  • Work closely with and provide guidance to the Athleta administrative team and Gap Inc. peers.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build partnerships at all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, competing priorities, and tight deadlines simultaneously while exercising sound, independent judgment.
  • Strong adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
  • A high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficient and advanced computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience and comfort in a fast-paced, multitask environment.
  • Based in the Bay Area.
