Hire Overseas is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide strategic support and stakeholder coordination for a dynamic asset management firm based in the Philippines. You will be a critical partner, streamlining operations and ensuring seamless communication across a global financial environment.
What You'll Do
- Prioritize and manage the executive’s inbox with strategic filtering.
- Coordinate complex calendars across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
- Schedule and reschedule meetings with investors, clients, and team members.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and key stakeholders.
- Draft professional correspondence and investor communications.
- Manage Slack channels and ensure timely response to critical messages.
- Prepare detailed meeting agendas and briefing materials.
- Send pre-meeting reminders with action items and expectations.
- Follow up post-meeting with accountability summaries and next steps.
- Streamline daily operations and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address potential roadblocks.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience supporting executives in financial services, asset management, or a similar high-stakes environment.
- Deep understanding of confidentiality and discretion required in financial settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs.
- Comfortable working with sensitive financial information.

- RIA Compliance Knowledge - Understanding of regulated investment advisor requirements.
