Scania Group is looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks, optimizing time management and supporting managerial performance for one of our leaders.
What You'll Do
- Handle phone calls and assist people with basic information requests via email or mail, referring other matters to colleagues as needed.
- Open and distribute mail, and use form letters or emails to respond to routine requests.
- Use standard office software to perform basic formatting of letters, memos, and routine reports.
- Enter data into company systems and review information to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Maintain appointment calendars and book meeting rooms following detailed instructions to organize business meetings efficiently.
- Receive visitors and assist with various information requests, referring more complex matters to colleagues.
- Follow a series of mandatory procedures to ensure work is performed to required quality standards and/or to ensure compliance with external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
- Organize your own work schedule each day according to changing priorities.
- Develop and maintain excellent technical or procedural skills by participating in evaluation and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training.
What We're Looking For
- A High School / Intermediate level education or equivalent, such as 5 GCSEs.
