EverCommerce is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our EverHealth team, focusing on implementing our Updox and DrChrono solutions. In this role, you will ensure successful customer onboarding and adoption through direct training and project management, supporting our mission to digitally transform service industries with tailored SaaS.
What You'll Do
- Host webinar training sessions joined by multiple customer stakeholders.
- Serve as the customer's main point of contact for a 30-90-day period.
- Manage the overall implementation project to ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide consultancy to both new and existing customers on best practices in using our software.
- Respond promptly to inbound phone calls and emails.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Manage 20-35 customer projects simultaneously.
- Become a product specialist to others within the organization.
- Be a solution provider, using creativity to meet unique customer needs.
- Work on Mountain and/or Central time from 8 AM to 5 PM from Mondays to Fridays.
What We're Looking For
- An Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Nursing, or a similar field.
- At least 2 years of experience working in the healthcare industry, preferably in Healthcare Tech.
- Experience in a customer implementation, customer success, account management, solutions engineering, consulting, or sales role.
- Strong bedside-like manner: can patiently support others through a first-time experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Impeccable time management skills.

- Compensation range: $55,000 to $65,000 USD per year.

Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates within the United States. The role operates on Mountain and/or Central time zone hours.
