BI WORLDWIDE is hiring an Event Technology Implementation Manager to analyze client specifications and deliver comprehensive event technology solutions. You will be responsible for creating registration websites, building mobile apps, and managing onsite badging services, ensuring a seamless experience for event participants.

What You'll Do

• Build registration websites utilizing the Cvent and Lenos platforms.
• Project manage and build event mobile apps. Travel on location to support delivery and assist event participants activate their app.
• Project manage and build onsite badging solutions. Travel on location to support delivery and assist event participants print badges.
• Provide quality assurance testing for registration websites, surveys, and mobile applications.
• Provide support for Project Managers, Account Managers, and onsite staff regarding the building of registration and survey sites as well as the mobile application.
• Document best practices and work with the Delivery Manager to create basic templates for registration and survey sites.
• Make minor changes to event websites on the EngageNGo!™ platform using HTML.

What We're Looking For

• Prior Event Delivery Experience.
• Proven experience using industry leading tools to deliver registration and survey web sites.
• Experience in following a structured QA process.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Technical Aptitude and logical processor.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Creative approach to problem solving.
• Strong skills with Excel and other MS Office products.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A basic understanding of HTML.
• Exposure to sound quality assurance processes.
• Ability to travel up to 35%.

Nice to Have

• College degree preferred, in Business or Technology.
• Knowledge with the Cvent platform a plus.

Benefits & Compensation

• Compensation: $60,000 to $68,000

Work Mode
