Grip is hiring an Event Technology Delivery Manager. In this role, you will be the operational point of contact for our clients, responsible for guiding them through the event journey from inception to completion on the Grip platform. Your focus is on ensuring successful event execution and fostering long-term client relationships.

What You'll Do

Take full ownership of the end-to-end project lifecycle for events of any size.
Advise clients on the optimal platform configuration to meet their specific needs.
Manage project scope, flagging additions to the statement of work (SOW) when critical.
Handle client requests and internal tickets to ensure project milestones are met.
Consult with customers and internal teams on status, proposals, and technical issues including feature design and troubleshooting.
Manage event data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
Test platform functionality and recommend changes to clients and product teams where appropriate.
Maintain deep expertise in the Grip product to deliver top-quality client assistance.
Own the communication and execution of solution handover to Grip support teams.
Support other Delivery Managers on assigned tasks and projects.
Develop strategies to streamline project delivery processes based on learnings.
Escalate project risks to senior leadership and relevant departments.
Accurately track project time to prevent hour overspend.
Travel to events onsite twice per quarter.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in the events industry as a Project Manager, Coordinator, or Producer.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously as part of a core project management team.
Experience with CRM systems and digital event platforms.
Hands-on experience with data management and technical systems.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A proactive, action-driven mindset.
The ability to demonstrate assertiveness and manage scope effectively.

Nice to Have

Technical knowledge of data systems and API integrations.
