As an Event Operations and Logistics Intern, you’ll help bring events to life through careful planning, coordination, and execution. Working remotely, you’ll collaborate across departments to ensure every detail is in place before, during, and after events.
What You'll Do
- Research and evaluate event venues and suppliers, preparing offers and managing venue setup logistics
- Oversee the ticketing platform to ensure smooth registration and attendee access
- Coordinate with vendors to guarantee timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Support internal teams by creating presentations and organizing event documentation
- Assist with attendee management and registration processes
- Work closely with sales and marketing to align event execution with strategic goals
- Manage sponsor accounts, ensuring commitments are fulfilled and partners remain satisfied
- Conduct research as needed to support event planning and operational improvements
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college program or recently graduated
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and initiative in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Experience or familiarity with ticketing platforms is a plus
Work Mode
This is a fully remote internship with no location restrictions, allowing contributors from around the world to participate. Flexibility in scheduling may be required to accommodate team collaboration across time zones.
